HABITAT RECLAMATION PROJECT AT THE PROVING GROUNDS.
The Big Woods Hare Hunters of the Allegheny with the cooperation of Seneca Resources, a National Fuel Gas Company, is conducting a habitat reclamation project to improve nesting and escape cover for eastern cottontail rabbits, ruffed grouse, pheasants, song birds and all small animals.
Members started cutting trees to make cover a few months back and have made considerable progress considering all the things going on in our busy lives.
